Builds over time as you meet more of each.

## 🅰️ Archetype A · Solo Performer

**Definition:** 只想做個人業績 · 不想帶團隊 · 通常較年輕 (1-3 years experience) or 性格獨立

### Typical profile
- Age: 25-40
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Mindset: "I want to be the best agent, not a manager"
- Time constraints: They ARE their team (everything on their shoulders)
- Tech comfort: Usually mid-high

### Main pain points
- **Content:** "I don't know what to post"
- **Positioning:** "Everyone in my niche looks the same"
- **Time:** "I'm on viewings all day"
- **Leads:** "I rely too much on referrals and cold list"

### What they NEED from BOS
- Brand + Content Engine (mainstream)
- Lead Magnet (high priority)
- Relate System (medium — they have fewer leads)
- Produce System (low — they do fewer proposals)
- Manage Dashboard (low priority early on)

### What they DON'T need
- Team module (not relevant)
- Recruitment system
- Training content for others

### How to pitch to Archetype A
**Opening angle:** "讓你在一百個同行裡面被記住"
**Hook:** "你的 edge 是什麼你自己都講不清楚"
**Case study they respond to:** Personal brand transformation (before/after)

### Red flags to watch
- "我想 content 幫我賣更多" → misaligned, it's about positioning not selling
- "我只需要模板" → they don't get it yet

## 🅱️ Archetype B · Dual Track ⭐ MOST COMMON

**Definition:** 個人業績 + 準備 build team · typically 3-8 years experience · wants both

### Typical profile
- Age: 30-45
- Experience: 3-10 years
- Mindset: "I want to grow but also lead"
- Time constraints: Chaos — juggling individual + early team responsibilities
- Tech comfort: Varies wildly

### Main pain points
- **Personal brand is undefined** (can't recruit without it)
- **Time split** between closing + team building
- **No systems** for either side
- **Fear of delegation** (afraid to let go)

### What they NEED from BOS
- Brand + Content Engine (critical for recruitment)
- Lead Magnet (medium — helps both recruit + sell)
- Relate System (high — managing both leads AND team prospects)
- Produce System (high — client proposals + recruitment decks)
- Manage Dashboard (high — financial dual tracking)

### What they'll want later
- Team module (Q3/Q4)
- Training content for new recruits
- Team performance tracking

### How to pitch to Archetype B
**Opening angle:** "一個系統，既幫你賣，也幫你招"
**Hook:** "當 recruit 新人的時候，你不是在 sell 房地產，你是在 sell 你自己"
**Case study they respond to:** Someone who scaled a team via their personal brand

### Red flags to watch
- "Team module 什麼時候有" → too early for them
- "我想先做招人" → they need positioning first, not recruitment tools

## 🅲️ Archetype C · Team Builder

**Definition:** 主要靠團隊 · 個人業績次要 · typically 5+ years · leader mindset

### Typical profile
- Age: 35-55
- Experience: 5+ years
- Mindset: "My team's success is my success"
- Time constraints: Mostly in meetings, training, 1:1s
- Tech comfort: Mid (they hire tech-comfortable people)

### Main pain points
- **Recruitment brand** (how to attract quality agents)
- **Team consistency** (everyone does things differently)
- **Training scale** (can't personally train 20+ people)
- **Their own brand** feels stuck in "manager mode"

### What they NEED from BOS
- Brand + Content Engine (focused on thought leadership)
- Lead Magnet (medium — recruitment magnet more than sales)
- Produce System (high — team training materials)
- Manage Dashboard (very high — team P&L, commissions)
- Team Module (CRITICAL — but this is Q3/Q4 future)

### What they NEED LESS
- Personal Lead Magnet (they have team for that)
- Relate System (team does client relate)

### How to pitch to Archetype C
**Opening angle:** "你的 personal brand = 你的 recruitment engine"
**Hook:** "最好的 agent 不是選公司，是選 leader"
**Case study they respond to:** Team leader who became a magnet for quality recruits

### Red flags to watch
- "我要 save time 不是 build brand" → they miss the point
- "我的 team 會幫我做 content" → they need to lead by example
