What Bowie commits to deliver (inputs · not outputs)

• Base Package (Month 1): Positioning Doc · Voice Guide · Content Pillars · Custom Claude Project + Skill Pack · NotebookLM knowledge base · Canva templates · 1-page operation manual · 12-post first-month calendar (auto-generated by Claude Project, walked through together)
• Lead Magnet (included in Base): 1 lead magnet PDF · Bio link hub · ManyChat comment automation (primary) + Google Form (backup) capture flow
• Produce Systems (Month 4): Contacts DB · Pipeline · Follow-up sequences · Calendar reminders · Post-sale retention frame · Proposal templates · Market report templates
• Filming day: 2 short videos shot on the Pilot's phone, with Bowie present and directing. Pilot owns the device, the footage, and the post-production.
• Every month: 1× 60-minute strategy Zoom (scheduled) · 1× written data review · weekly async update window (response within 1 working day)

What is explicitly NOT included

• 24/7 WhatsApp on-demand consulting
• Done-for-you content writing, posting, or filming
• Video editing (available as add-on at RM 200 per finished clip)
• Any guarantee of leads, sales, income, or follower count
• Financial, tax, legal, or regulatory advice (Pillar 5 dashboards are tracking tools only)

Investment & schedule

• Setup fee: RM 500 (paid before Discovery Call · token of commitment)
• Month 1–3: RM 650 / month (Base incl. Lead Magnet)
• Month 4–6: RM 800 / month (Produce added · no extra setup)
• 6-month total: RM 4,850
• Monthly fee is paid by the 1st of each month. Late payment beyond 7 days pauses delivery.

Tools the Pilot must maintain (in their own name)

• Claude Pro — USD 20 / month
• Google Gemini Pro — USD 20 / month (5 TB + NotebookLM)
• Tool accounts belong to the Pilot. If any tool subscription lapses, the system goes dark on that side. Bowie carries zero liability for downtime caused by unpaid subscriptions.

Co-build commitment (the Pilot's side)

• 3–5 hours per week on the Pilot's own brand work
• Use the Claude Project / NotebookLM / Canva templates as designed
• Submit monthly data (posts shipped · leads · meetings) before each strategy call
• Show up for the monthly Zoom (24-hour reschedule policy: cancellations under 24 hours count as the month's call used)
• Honest feedback. This is a co-build — silence is the only failure mode.

Ownership & retention

• All brand assets (Positioning Doc · Voice Guide · NotebookLM · Canva templates · Claude Project · SOPs) belong to the Pilot from the moment they are delivered.
• The Pilot keeps everything — even after the agreement ends.
• Ongoing skill updates, new templates, and system improvements require an active monthly retainer.
• Bowie retains the right to use anonymized learnings, frameworks, and methods in future BOS work, course material, and content.

Co-creator credit & case study

The Pilot's use case may be referenced in future BOS case studies, course material, or content — only with the Pilot's written consent for each specific use. The Pilot may opt out at any time.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in strategy calls, async updates, and reviews is confidential on both sides. Neither party discusses the other's business numbers, clients, or private information without explicit permission.

Termination after Day 30

• Either party may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
• Months already paid are honored (delivery-on-input basis).
• No refund for partial months after Day 30.
• The Pilot keeps everything delivered up to that point.
